Refunds

- To qualify for a refund, the swimwear must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, panty liners intact, and unworn.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- After the 14-day refund period has expired, we offer exchanges for swimwear of equal or lesser value.
- Exchanged items must meet the same criteria as mentioned above: all tags attached, panty liners intact, and unworn.
- If the desired item for exchange is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe.
- You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe.
Exceptions
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear that has been worn, damaged, washed, altered, or is missing any original components.
- Sale items and promotional purchases may be eligible for store credit or exchange only, subject to the same conditions mentioned above.
